51304453-100 (MU-TAIH02) is dedicated terminal base paired with CC-TAIH01 16-channel analog input card for Honeywell C300 DCS system. It provides spring terminal wiring for 4~20mA / 0~10V field transmitters, with independent galvanic isolation for each channel to eliminate EMI and ground loop interference.
Built-in HART signal filter supports communication with smart HART instruments. Full channel diagnostics detect open wire, short circuit and overload, uploading fault status to C300 controller and HMI. Drawer integrated design supports hot-swap maintenance without rack shutdown, widely deployed in power, chemical, oil & gas continuous process plants.
